Company Policies
Please review our policies carefully before booking appointments or making purchases. By scheduling services or placing orders with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Appointment Deposits
Certain services may require a booking deposit depending on the treatment type, appointment length, or provider availability. If a deposit is necessary, you will be notified during scheduling.
Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service when the appointment is completed.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice may qualify for a deposit refund. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit toward applicable fees.
Clients with repeated cancellations or missed appointments may be required to prepay future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments canceled outside of the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps protect appointment availability for all clients and respects the time reserved by our providers.
Late cancellation fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late may shorten your appointment time in order to avoid delays for other scheduled guests.
Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule their appointment and could be charged a cancellation or missed appointment fee. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible without compromising service quality or safety.
Missed Appointment Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may incur a no-show fee.
Outstanding balances related to missed appointments must typically be resolved before future appointments can be booked.
Non-Service Appointment Policy
If a client chooses not to proceed with a scheduled treatment after appointment time has been reserved, fees may still apply for the reserved service time.

Consultations are encouraged prior to booking treatments to ensure suitability and understanding of services.
Children & Pets
To maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, children and pets are generally not permitted during appointments unless medically necessary service animals are required.
Our facility may contain medical equipment, sharp instruments, and clinical products that are not suitable for unattended children.
Clients may be asked to reschedule if they arrive with children or animals that cannot be safely accommodated.
Accepted Payments
We accept major credit cards and approved financing/payment methods where applicable.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. A valid card may be required to remain on file for appointment scheduling purposes.
Certain payment methods, prepaid cards, or third-party gift cards may not be accepted.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Services, treatment packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Unused retail products may qualify for exchange or store credit if returned in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products associated with reported reactions or defects may require manufacturer review before credit or replacement is approved.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and products unless otherwise specified.
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards may not be replaceable.
Memberships & Packages
Memberships, treatment packages, and promotional series may include expiration dates and specific usage terms.
Unused benefits may expire according to the terms agreed upon at purchase. Membership discounts and perks cannot typically be combined with additional promotions unless stated otherwise.
Membership Cancellation
Membership programs may require a minimum commitment period.
Early cancellations, payment disputes, or declined transactions do not automatically terminate membership obligations. Written cancellation requests may be required according to the membership agreement.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting
