What to Expect:

Your session includes guided transitions between our cold plunge and salt sauna, allowing you to customize intensity while experiencing the benefits of heat, cold, and recovery in one immersive treatment.

Round 1: Salt Sauna: 10-15 min Cold Plunge: 1-2 min

Round 2: Salt Sauna: 10-15 min Cold Plunge 1-3 min

Optional Round 3: Repeat based on comfort, hydration, and individual tolerance

***What to wear and bring to your session:

- 2 TOWELS (one to sit on and one to dry off), - BATHING SUIT

***NO LOTIONS/PERFUMES/PRODUCTS ON SKIN***

***Water is filtered, hygienic, cycled through constantly.

Who Should Avoid or Consult a Medical Provider Before Contrast Therapy:

Contrast therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult your physician before booking if you:

Are pregnant

Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease

Have a history of heart attack, stroke, or serious arrhythmias

Have Raynaud’s syndrome or cold hypersensitivity

Are under the influence of alcohol or substances
